Payment methods:

Our preferred form of payment is by credit card and we accept most major card types, including VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro. Please note that we do not accept American Express.

Explanation of postage costs:

Most items have two different delivery charges displayed.
The first price is what you pay for the first item on your order, the second price is what you pay for subsequent items.
The "first" item will always be the one with the highest postage cost but all subsequent items will be charged at their second rate, including different items. You only pay one "first" delivery charge per order.
Please feel free to try adding some items to the basket to see how this works out. The basket displays postage costs and totals.

International

International postage costs vary, we divide the world up into 3 simple zones - UK, Europe and Rest Of World. Choose the zone that applies to you in the basket to see postage costs. Exact shipping times outside the UK vary and are often difficult to predict.

Delivery services

The delivery information ( estimated delivery time and service name ) is provided for your guidance only and is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to use a different service than the one you select where a different or cheaper option would provide the same approximate time for your delivery. We also reserve the right to split or combine your orders to achieve the best service and price.
We will never charge more than the amount quoted by the site without contacting you.
