We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from us. However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us.
If your goods are faulty on arrival, you need to inform us immediately. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, we will replace, credit or issue a full refund to you via your original payment method at your request.
If your goods were damaged in transit, you need to inform us immediately. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods are received we will replace, credit or issue a full refund to you via your original payment method at your request.
If your goods develop a fault but it is more than 10 days since receipt, then we will either offer to repair, replace or refund - at our own discretion.
If your goods are damaged by use then we can sometimes offer a free repair service depending on the item and fault - customer pays the cost of most parts and all postage costs. We only repair our own goods and do not offer a repair service to non-customers.
If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods, then you can do so provided you inform us of this decision within 10 days from receipt. The goods must not be opened nor used and must be "as new" with all packaging and any tickets when returned to us. Once you have informed us of your decision to return goods, you have 28 days to do so at your own expense. Once goods are received, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method.
We cannot accept responsibility for any returning item until we have received it. Please ensure you use a service which provides insurance and tracking which is satisfactory to you. We can advise you on this if you wish.
Please do not attempt to return anything to us without letting us know by email or phone first. We will reply to your returns request with further instructions and a return address.
